Free worldwide shipping for Jewelry orders via tracked letter service
Prices do not include customs and taxes, except for the USA and Canada

* Free delivery: in case of return and refund request, the amount corresponding to the shipping cost for the zone concerned will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

To receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend providing an address where you are sure to be present during the day (your office, for example).

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Our shipping methods:

 

Tracked Letter: Secure shipment within 24 to 48 hours, with tracking number. Home delivery to your mailbox.

Colissimo: Secure shipment within 48 hours with tracking number. Delivery to your home or workplace, without signature. If you are absent, the package will be left at the nearest post office.

Chronopost: Secure shipment within 24 to 48 hours, home delivery with signature. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt delivery again the next day. Otherwise, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox to arrange a new delivery.

 

Returns

If your jewelry does not suit you, you can submit a return request within 14 days from the invoice date, by email to parisrennes.info@gmail.com

Once your request is received, we will send you instructions on how to return the product to us. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Return packages sent to the wrong address or outside the allowed timeframe will be refused.
In case of refusal of receipt by the customer, and return to sender via the transport provider, we will not be able to accept the return beyond 14 days from the refusal date.

Once the item is received, we will proceed with a verification. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their boxes or packaging. Jewelry must not have been worn or damaged. If the returned products do not meet these conditions, we will not be able to accept your return.

 

Refunds

For a refund request, we will process it as quickly as possible in the days following receipt of the return. We refund the value of the item, not the previously due delivery costs. For a refund following a free delivery, we will deduct the shipping costs applicable to the delivery zone concerned.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

 

Credit notes

For a credit note request, you will receive a voucher to keep carefully and use for your next order, valid for a period of 9 months.
