Amber, a resin that became a stone
Baltic amber is a fossilized resin, formed over 40 million years ago in the forests of northern Europe. Trapped in the ground and then polished by the Baltic Sea, it is today one of the most sought-after ambers in the world for its transparency and the richness of its hues. Each amber bead is unique: none has exactly the same shade or the same natural inclusions.
The 4 shades: honey, cognac, chestnut, blueberry. Polished natural amber (5-7mm), white cultured pearls (5.5mm), on rosewood saddle stitch thread.

Caring for your necklace
Amber is an organic material, sensitive to heat and solvents: avoid all contact with alcohol, perfumes, and cosmetic products, which can tarnish its surface over time. A simple soft, dry cloth is sufficient for its maintenance. Cultured pearls, on the other hand, appreciate the softness of a fabric pouch and do not like chlorine or prolonged seawater exposure. Store your necklace away from direct light and heat to preserve all its brilliance for years to come.
